First, soooooo sorry about not blogging in the past month. Momma = fail. But to be fair these Atkinsons have had quite a bit of upheaval in the past few weeks.
Today...Emma is 15 months old.
This past month she...
- can say banana, Switzer, grandma, oh "poop" (Thanks Daddy), oh god (that one is from me...if something happens that isn't right she chants "oh god, oh god"), David (she thinks it's a word you are suppose to use when you are mad...oops), teddy bear and I'm done.
- knows sheep say 'baa' and horses say 'neigh' (with raspberry noise)
- loves the park especially when there are little boys to follow around. She is also enjoying the swing and slide a lot more now. I love my scaredy cat baby.
- Favorite food = apples
- Other favorite foods are strawberries, and honey wheat twists, and pickles
- thanks to Daddy after every meal she picks her plate up and licks off everything still stuck to it. Although this is fine for at home it gets embarrassing when in public. This happened while eating the lunch buffet at Pizza Hut. Also during that meal she could see the TV from where she was sitting and they were playing football highlights...every time a touchdown occurred she let us know...which was about every 5 seconds
- is walking full time (thank goodness). My back thanks her.
- went through a growth spurt as usual but more impressively she went through a foot spurt. One day size 5 shoes were okay and the next they would not fit on her foot. We have also started buying a couple of 3t clothing items this month because of her Atkinson head and bubble booty <3 (notice I didn't state who she got the bubble booty from)
- I would like to say she has stopped loving Tangled but at this moment she is snuggled on Daddy's lap watching Tangled while he naps. One day she is going to be bummed she is not a blonde. She also loves Caillou.

- Play time is all about her tea set and every stuffed animal and baby doll getting enough tea. Switzer is bummed that the tea is imaginary.
- She also enjoys all her peek-a-boo books, her babies and the little people cars that she leaves in the kitchen for Momma to trip on =)
- I cut EmmaLee some bangs this month. The front part of her hair was not growing like the rest and she needed to see. David and I tag teamed the experience by putting Tangled on and David holding her down.

- went to the aquarium for the first time this month. Not worth the money but Emma enjoyed the turtles and the tank of sharks. She also went to the beach this month and hated sand in her toes.
- She loves flowers, both in books and real flowers that she finds in the grass...
